Customs & export restrictions

Collectors Bazaar FZ-LLC ships worldwide, but some items and destinations are restricted by local law, trade regulation or sanctions. This page explains what applies and who is responsible for what.

1. Customs duties and import taxes

• Not included in what you pay us. Orders delivered outside the UAE may attract import duty, tax or handling fees on arrival. These are charged by your country, not by us, and are yours to pay.
• We declare accurately. International parcels carry the real invoice value, a product description and the appropriate customs codes. We will not under-declare the value of a shipment, which is illegal and voids any insurance on it.
• Clearance delays happen. We provide correct paperwork, but once a parcel is with your customs authority the timing is out of our hands.

2. Restricted destinations

• Some countries restrict the import of trading cards or collectibles. Checking your own country's rules before ordering is your responsibility — we cannot know every jurisdiction's position.
• We comply with international sanctions and embargoes and cannot ship to countries or entities subject to them. If your order is affected we will contact you and refund it in full.

3. Product-specific notes

• Authenticity. We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorised cards. Everything we list is genuine and legally traded.
• Sealed product can be subject to manufacturer or distribution restrictions in some regions.
• Age restrictions apply to certain products in some countries; where they do, meeting them is the buyer's responsibility.

4. Your part

• Check your local rules before ordering, and confirm the item may be imported where you are.
• Get the address right. We cannot cover delays or costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
• By ordering, you accept the duties, taxes and import rules that apply where you live.
