Privacy policy

This explains what Collectors Bazaar FZ-LLC collects about you, why, and who else sees it. We collect what an order needs and not more.

Who is responsible for your data

Collectors Bazaar FZ-LLC, trading as CollectorsBazaar.ae, is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything on this page — access, correction, deletion, or a complaint — email admin+hello@collectorsbazaar.ae. Our registered company details are on the terms page.

What we collect

• To fulfil an order: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. The mobile number is required because the courier calls before delivering.
• Your order history: what you bought, when, and what it cost.
• If you create an account: your email address and a password, which is stored hashed and never in a form we can read.

We never see your card details. Card payments go directly to our payment provider; the card number does not reach our servers.

Who else receives it

• Stripe and PayPal — to take payment.
• Quiqup, and Aramex on international orders — to deliver your parcel, and to send you tracking.
• Resend — to send order confirmations and account emails.
• Our hosting and database providers — to run the site and store orders.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies

Only what the shop needs to work — see the cookie policy for each one.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Delivery and payment providers keep their own records under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin+support@collectorsbazaar.ae and we will respond. Deleting an account does not remove order records we are required to keep.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Account sessions use cookies that JavaScript on the page cannot read, so a script injected into a page cannot steal a login.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the foot of the page changes with it.
