Promotion terms

Collectors Bazaar FZ-LLC runs discounts and special offers from time to time. These terms apply to all of them, alongside anything stated in the offer itself. Where the two disagree, the offer wins.

1. Eligibility

• Which products — an offer applies only to the products named in it. Singles, sealed product and exclusives may be excluded unless the offer says otherwise.
• When — offers run for the period stated and stop working after it.
• Where — some offers are limited to particular countries or regions. Free delivery over 800 AED applies to UAE addresses.

2. Kinds of offer

• Discounts — applied at checkout, either automatically or with a code.
• Buy one, get one — a free or discounted item when you buy a specific product, subject to stock.
• Free delivery — on orders meeting the stated conditions.
• Limited-time offers — flash sales and seasonal discounts, which end at the time stated or when stock runs out.

3. Using an offer

• Codes — enter the code at checkout. One code per order unless the offer says otherwise.
• Automatic offers — some apply without a code.
• Minimum spend — where an offer has one, it is stated in AED in the offer itself.

4. Limits

• One use per customer or household, unless stated otherwise.
• No cash value. Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Not combinable — offers do not stack with each other unless we say so. An item already reduced is usually not eligible for a further discount.

5. Returns on promotional items

If you return something bought as part of an offer, the refund is recalculated. Where the return means the order no longer meets the offer's conditions, the value of the discount is deducted from the refund. If a whole order is returned, the offer is voided and the refund is based on the prices actually paid.

Everything else follows our returns policy.

6. Changes

We may modify, extend or end an offer at any time, and offers depend on stock — if an item sells out, the offer can end early. Any change is reflected on this site.

7. Misuse

We may cancel an order we believe is using an offer in bad faith, such as multiple accounts created to reuse a single-use code. Where that happens we will tell you why.
