Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Collectors Bazaar FZ-LLC. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email, and that confirmation is what forms the contract.
• You do not need an account. Checkout is guest-only; an account can be created afterwards to see your order history.
• A valid email address and mobile number are required. They are the only ways we and the courier can reach you about an order you have paid for.

2. Stock

Most of what we sell is a single physical copy. Stock is held for you while you check out, and re-verified before payment is taken.

Very occasionally an item becomes unavailable between your order and our packing it — a consignor withdrawing a card, or a counting error. Where that happens we contact you and refund that item in full. We do not substitute a different copy, condition or printing without asking you first.

3. Prices

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
• Prices follow the market and change often. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
• Delivery is 26 AED inside the UAE, free above 800 AED, and calculated at checkout for international orders.
• If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil it. We will tell you why.

4. Condition

Cards are graded by hand on the standard scale and, where two grades are arguable, listed as the lower one. If a card arrives worse than described, inform us within 7 days — see returns & refunds.

5. Preorders

Preorders are paid at the time of ordering and ship on release. An order mixing preorders with in-stock items ships together on release day. See preorders.

6. Consignment

Cards consigned to us remain the consignor's property until sold. Consignment terms, including payout and withdrawal, are on selling on consignment. Consignors may retrieve unsold cards at any time, subject to the withdrawal terms on that page.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders, to abuse promotions through multiple accounts, or to scrape the catalogue at a volume that degrades it for other people. We may cancel orders and refuse service where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the foot of this page tells you when it last changed.
