Payment methods

All prices on the site are in AED. You are charged when you place the order, never before.

Cards

Visa and Mastercard, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to the payment provider. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure, which is normal and returns you to the checkout when it completes.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Available on supported devices and browsers, and shown automatically at checkout when your device offers them. They are usually the fastest way to pay, since the delivery address comes from your wallet.

PayPal

Supported. PayPal does not settle in dirhams, so a PayPal payment is converted at a fixed rate and presented in US dollars at the PayPal step. The AED total on your order does not change.

Cash on delivery

Available for delivery inside the UAE, and only when the order contains no preorder items — an order that ships weeks later is not one to settle in cash at the door. Have the exact amount ready where you can; the courier collects it on delivery.

What you are charged

The item prices shown, plus delivery — a flat 26 AED inside the UAE, free above 800 AED, and calculated at checkout for international orders. Nothing else is added. See shipping & delivery for the detail, and customs & export restrictions for import duties outside the UAE, which are charged by your own country rather than by us.

Problems with a payment

If a payment fails or you are charged and no order appears, email admin+support@collectorsbazaar.ae before trying again, and we will check what actually happened rather than risk charging you twice.
